Winbeast Document Upload: Format and Size Rules

Introduction to Document Upload at Winbeast

When you sign up at an online casino like Winbeast casino, verifying your identity is a mandatory security step required by licensing authorities. This process, often called Know Your Customer (KYC), involves uploading specific documents. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of the Winbeast document upload process, including the exact formats and size limits you need to know to ensure a smooth and speedy verification, getting you to your winnings faster.

Required Documents for Verification

Winbeast requires certain documents to confirm your identity, age, and residence. Submitting the correct documents in the right format is crucial to avoid delays. The typical documents needed are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, color copy of your passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. All four corners must be visible, and the details must be legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (gas, water, electric), bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months. It must clearly show your name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: If you used a credit/debit card, you may need to provide a copy of the front (with the first 12 digits hidden, only last 4 visible) and back (with the CVV code covered) of the card.

Accepted File Formats and Size Limits

Winbeast has strict technical requirements for uploaded files. Submitting a file that does not meet these criteria will result in your document being rejected, pausing the verification process. Adhere to the following rules precisely.

Ensure your scans or photos are high-quality, in focus, and that no essential information is cropped out or obscured by glare.

Step-by-Step Upload Process

Follow these steps to successfully submit your documents to the Winbeast support team.

1. Log into your Winbeast account and navigate to your account profile or ‘Verification’ section.
2. Select the type of document you are uploading (e.g., Proof of Identity).
3. Click the ‘Upload’ button and select the correct file from your device.
4. Double-check that the file is clear and under the size limit before confirming the upload.
5. Repeat the process for any additional required documents.
6. Submit all documents for review. You will typically receive a confirmation email.

The standard review time is between 24 and 48 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via email once your account is verified or if there is an issue with your submission.

Common Problems and Troubleshooting

Many verification delays are caused by easily avoidable mistakes. Here are the most common issues and how to fix them:

• File Too Large: Use free online tools or your phone’s editing software to compress the image before uploading.
• Unreadable Image: Ensure the document is fully in frame and there is no glare. Take the picture in a well-lit area.
• Wrong Document Type: A mobile phone bill is often not accepted as proof of address. Stick to utility bills or bank statements.
• Pending Verification: If it’s been over 72 hours, politely contact customer support for an update. Avoid submitting multiple times.

Why Verification Matters for Bonuses and Withdrawals

Completing KYC is not just a formality; it directly impacts your ability to use site features. You will be unable to process any withdrawals until your account is fully verified. Furthermore, claiming any Winbeast bonus, be it a deposit match or a Winbeast no deposit offer, requires a verified account. Always check the terms and conditions of a promotion; most will state that verification is mandatory before bonus funds or winnings from Winbeast free spins can be withdrawn. If you have a Winbeast promo code, ensure your account is verified to use it without any issues. This process protects both you and the operator from fraud, ensuring a secure gaming environment for everyone at Winbeast.
